I think that's great but you should let her do some moderator stuff.....

it's 100% fair. Only the best agents get to be a mod. If all agents were mod there would be no need for agents. You have to work your way up to be a moderator. Jessie goes on everyday, posts on her blogs everyday, and she is always helping out moderators. You don't need to be jealous of her. You should look up to her as a role model so you can become a moderator one day.
